Citizens of the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and many other countries do not need a visa to enter Moldova for stays of up to 90 days within any six-month period. To verify the requirements for your nationality, use the official Moldova e-Visa Portal to check whether you need an entry permit.
If you are from a country that requires a visa, you can apply online for a Short-Stay Visa (Type C) through the Moldova e-Visa application system.
Participants who are not EU citizens must hold a valid passport and should check the requirements with the Moldovan embassies or consulates in their respective countries. If a visa is required, it is advisable to obtain it in advance from the Moldovan Embassy or Consulate in your country.
If you need an official invitation, please email office@ugr.ro. A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support from the symposium organizers.
The official language of the conference is English.
